Burgermeister Proclamation &
Official Opening of the Strassenfest
Bridgette Jarboe , Strassenfest Chairperson, will welcome everyone to the 32nd celebration of the annual Jasper Strassenfest. The Celebration Singers will open the event with the National Anthem, followed by Jasper Mayor Bill Schmitt's Proclamation signifying the official beginning of the Fest. Fr. Ray Brenner will lead the “Blessing of the Fest”. Afterwards, follow the procession down to the Bier Garten with the “ceremonial keg and bratwurst”. |
