DESCRIPTION:The Jasper Strassenfest Bike Ride is an annual cycling event held as part of the annual Strassenfest celebrations. The ride will start at the Jasper High School Tennis Athletic Facility parking lot. Participants have the option to choose from four scenic routes of approximately 12\, 20\, 50\,and 65 miles\, catering to various experience levels. The event features well-marked routes\, SAG (Support and Gear) stops with refreshments\, and the camaraderie of fellow cycling enthusiasts. Safety measures included mandatory helmet use and the requirement that cyclists under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult. Riders were also expected to obey all Indiana traffic laws. The Strassenfest Bike Ride is more than just a ride; it’s a celebration of community spirit\, health\, and the beautiful outdoors\, providing a fun and engaging experience for all participants.
