Entries for this year event are due by July 8th!  Find all the details and the official online entry form HERE. \nNotes from the Optimist Club: \n\nEntry Deadline (includes having this form submitted by Monday\, July 8\, 2026 – check must be received by July 25\, 2026)\nLate submissions will be accepted\, but only until July 22nd and there is a $20 late fee for anyone signing up late regardless of status below.\nEntry information:\nNon Profits – (fee waived) – list name below\nBusinesses/Political Candidates – Fee is $50 – This is for any commercial\, political or business reference. Please note if you wish to be put next to the Democrats\, Republics or separate in the Type of Entry OTHER notes field below\nNOTE – For political entries – $50 per vehicle or candidate listed separately\nThere will be a $20 late fee for all entries submitted after Monday\, July 8\, regardless of if you had an initial fee.\nNO ENTRIES WITH SEMI TRACTORS ARE PERMITTED – due to turning constraints\nALL animal units are required to provide their own waste clean up and disposal\nEntries are encouraged to support this year’s theme of “Threads of History\, Patterns of Progress.
