Participants from the audience hold picture signs from the Song as Kent Reyling leads the crowd in singing the traditional Schnitzelbank Song. The lyrics are in German and are printed on the signs. This high energy and fun performance is FREE to participate. Find the song on page 59 of your Strassenfest booklet to sing along!

Picture this: It's lunch time during the Strassenfest and the smell of delicious fest cuisine fills the air as you stroll around the downtown square. Do you start off with a brat or a giant tenderloin? Maybe it's a walking taco, loaded nachos or a pizza burger and kraut balls served with an ice cold lemonade shakeup. The real question is how many giant cookies is too many for dessert?!
